Little Armenia, Los Angeles

Little Armenia is located in Los Angeles, California, and is directly west of Hollywood. It is a small district that is a part of larger Hollywood and is home to many Armenian Americans, so it is often called Hollywood’s Little Armenia. It is a vibrant area with many Armenian cultural institutions.

In the early 20th century, when Los Angeles was struggling to recover from its devastating 1906 earthquake, the Armenians of Los Angeles banded together and built a new neighborhood out of the ashes of their demolished homes. Today, that neighborhood is known as Little Armenia, and it’s a vibrant community that brings together descendants of Armenian immigrants and their descendants.

For more than 100 years, Little Armenia has been the center of Armenian culture in Los Angeles, California. Located in South Central Los Angeles, Little Armenia was once home to the largest concentration of Armenians outside of Armenia. Today, the neighborhood is known for its historic heritage, traditional cuisine, and plethora of Armenian shops and restaurants. Little Armenia is also a popular venue for Armenian festivals, such as the Los Angeles Turkish Festival and the Armenian Genocide Commemoration. It is home to an Armenian American community, centered on the St. Garabed Armenian Apostolic Church, one of the largest Armenian churches in Los Angeles.

Nowadays, Little Armenia is the center of Armenian culture in Los Angeles. It’s the home of the country’s consulate, and it has the largest number of Armenian businesses in the city. Little Armenia is in Hollywood, which means it’s packed with restaurants, cafes, and bars. It’s also home to the so-called Hollywood Boulevard of Fame, where you’ll find the names of old-time movie stars who have a connection to the Armenian Diaspora.

If you are a fan of Armenian cuisine, you should definitely visit the restaurant of Little Armenia in Los Angeles. The restaurant of Little Armenia is located on the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Western Avenue. The restaurant was opened in 2000 and has a very interesting history. The building used to be a pharmacy that was sold to the Armenians (Armenian Americans). The Armenians decided to turn the pharmacy into a restaurant. The restaurant of Little Armenia is known for its delicious Armenian cuisine, as well as its excellent service.
L’arman is probably the place for an Armenian business lunch (not to mention a great dinner!). The food is excellent, the service is attentive, the atmosphere is great, and the wine list is above average. The restaurant is small, so you may have to wait during a busy lunch hour, but the attentive staff will keep you company while you wait. The prices are quite reasonable as well.

There are many buildings, streets, shops, and restaurants in the area that are decorated with Armenian flags, signs, and symbols. First Little Armenia was established in Los Angeles in the early part of the 20th century by immigrants from the Ottoman Empire. However, the exact time and place of the first settlement of Armenians in Los Angeles are not clear, because in the early part of the twentieth century there was a small number of Armenians living in California.

There are many neighborhoods in Los Angeles that have a Little Armenia, be it downtown, north Hollywood, Glendale, Glendale, or Burbank, but none of them can compare to the Little Armenia that is found on Westwood Boulevard between Wilshire Boulevard and La Brea Avenue. This Little Armenia is the most complete Armenian community in the United States.

When you think of Los Angeles, you’re not likely to think of a cultural hub where you can experience the exotic, but that’s exactly what Little Armenia is. Nestled on Hollywood Boulevard, adjacent to the Walk of Fame, lies an enclave of restaurants and shops that will transport you directly to Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Depending on the day, this thriving community of shops and businesses can be an overwhelmingly busy place, but rest assured, it’s well worth the trip. If you’re looking for the best deal on car insurance, you’ve come to the right place.
